Is smoking allowed on the limo?
We can't allow smoking on our limos. Cigarette causes extra cleaning to our limos and may even cause them to be damaged (burning, fires, etc). Having said that we cannot allow smoking on our vehicles.
You don't allow smoking but we can drink right?
Sure! If you're using our limo and you are of legal drinking age you are allowed to drink.
How often are we allowed to stop for breaks?
We have a policy of allowing unlimited stops! If you need a break for any reason, simply let your chauffeur know and they will pull over at the first instant that it is safe to do so.
Are minors allowed on the limos?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that the presence of minors will negate your ability to bring alcoholic beverages on board. If you have any specific questions on this policy, we invite you to give us a call to get more specific and detailed information.
How far in advance should I book?
Since our limousines and party buses are rented out on a first come-first served basis, you're definitely going to want to book as soon as you have the ability to do so! We wouldn't want to have to turn away any clients because the limo or bus of their choice has already been reserved by another client.
Am I able to choose the specific vehicle I'd like to rent?
Sure! If you have found a vehicle on our fleet page that you'd like to reserve, we will set aside that specific vehicle for your event. If there are circumstances which prevent that vehicle from going out on service for that day, you will be sent a vehicle that is at least as good as the vehicle you reserved, if not better and/or bigger.
Is alcohol provided?
We are not allowed to provide alcohol to our passengers. We do not have that particular license for alcoholic beverages. We can, however, make any number of stops so you to purchase alcohol if if you want to.
What times of the year are you in operation?
Our phones are on all day every day. Our office is open from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. There isn't a day in which our limos are not on the road!
